Research, collect and analyze data, work out a strategy, elaborate presentation material for internal discussions, develop a creative solution.
RESULTS
What was striking was the absence of the first-time user group in terms of both awareness and acceptance as well as a willingness to purchase, which our research revealed was due to low social media activity.
Furthermore, the current communication themes no longer matched the self-image and interests of the female target audience groups. We were able to explore and present these ideas in a way so that the client’s internal agency could use them and adapt its communication principles accordingly.
