Research, collect and analyze data, work out a strategy, elaborate presentation material for internal discussions, develop a creative solution.
RESULTS
What was striking was the absence of the first-time user group in terms of both awareness and acceptance as well as willingness to purchase, which our research revealed was due to low social media activity.
Furthermore, the current communication themes no longer matched the self-image and interests of the female target audience groups. We were able to explore and present these ideas in a way that the client’s internal agency could use them and adapt its communication principles accordingly.
