Why
DGFP Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung is an institution steeped in tradition. Germany’s strongest companies, including all DAX companies, have joined forces to support each other on HR issues. There is a wide range of seminars and workshops, several exchange clubs, a consulting department, regular publications, and an annual trade fair.
After decades of having no competition, DGFP was faced with rivals it had to compete with. There was also a fear that the tradition itself might be perceived as dusty and outdated. They were looking for a complete change and invited for a pitch – which we won.

Outcome
DGFP has successfully transformed its image for a contemporary business environment, attracting the interest of new target groups. Its leadership has now appointed a different agency whose work continues to be based on our designs.
