Sales are in decline. The client has no explication.

WHAT WE DID
Since data generation was difficult here, we became our client’s clients to gain insight into the daily life of the brand and its users. At the client’s request, we also temporarily worked from their premises to gain insight into their internal structures.
RESULTS
We discovered that awareness and usage in DACH, the UK, and the US were limited to a very small target audience, both regionally and demographically. This was down to a lack of communication strategy as much as the fact that the brand was fairly controversial among the target group. A fact that had previously remained hidden from management.
After analyzing potential opportunities, we introduced new target groups and developed and implemented a comprehensive digital strategy to reach them, and generate data.
The current, predominantly print-based communication portals were re-evaluated, budget usage was optimized, a rebrand and redesign process implemented, and the new website was filled with interactive content to increase traffic.
OUTCOME
The brand has been able to expand its international presence and now generates not only increased sales but also higher profits by replacing manual labor with AI.
